Author: Johann Dryander (1500-1560). Book: Anatomiae, hoc est, corporis humani dissectionis 

Date: 1537. Dryander was one of the first anatomists to do his own dissections and publish his anatomical findings.

His seminal work on neuroanatomy is one of the first books of specialized anatomy ever  published.
